As a Full-Time Optical Associate, you'll greet patients, educate them on eyewear options, and assist with frame selection.
Your role involves interpreting prescriptions, performing measurements, billing, and processing contact lens orders. Be part of a rewarding culture that puts patients first in a supportive clinic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic
• Educate patients about eyewear tailored to their needs
• Interpret optical prescriptions with accuracy
• Manage patient billing and payments efficiently
• Assist with contact lens fittings and orders
Requirements:
• Previous optical or retail experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in technology, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative and adaptable team player, proactive in duties
