Position: Director of Psychology Clinic at Lakehead University

As the Psychology Clinic Director, you will supervise all operations, coordinate clinical training, and ensure quality services are provided to clients and students alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Psychology Clinic

• Coordinate staffing and external service providers

• Develop policies and procedures for clinic workflows

• Monitor clinic finances and identify funding opportunities

• Lead quality assurance and program evaluation efforts

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario

• At least 8 years of clinical service experience

• Minimum 5 years in clinical supervision and administration

• Strong knowledge of the scientist-practitioner model

• Experience with quality assurance methodologies
