The position also involves relaying test results to health care providers and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct standardized medical and clinical tests

• Ensure accurate reporting of laboratory results

• Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment and supplies

• Provide guidance to Laboratory Attendants

• Support quality management and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Certification with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario

• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with laboratory information systems

• Ability to lift up to 10 kg and perform repetitive tasks
