The ideal candidate is a hands-on Net Suite Administrator with strong functional ERP expertise and a customer-focused approach. You are comfortable working with users at all levels of the organization to understand both current and future-state business processes and translate those needs into effective, scalable Net Suite solutions within established system.

More about the role:

The Net Suite Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, optimization, and governance of Superior Glove’s Net Suite ERP platform. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role partners with business stakeholders, process owners, and the internal systems development team to ensure Net Suite effectively supports operational, financial, and supply chain processes in alignment with established architecture, standards, and priorities.

This role balances business support, system configuration, testing and training, and mentoring activities to ensure Net Suite enhancements are well-designed, thoroughly tested, and aligned with organizational best practices. The position plays a critical role in supporting ERP scalability, user adoption, system stability, and continuous improvement across the organization while escalating complex design decisions and system changes as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to understand and document requirements for Net Suite ERP implementation and enhancements.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Net Suite solutions.
  • Work closely with third party and internal technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Create technical documentation throughout implementation process
  • Identify user security and role requirements.
  • Configure and customize Net Suite modules to meet business needs
  • Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom roles
  • Coordinate and upload data into sandbox environment to identify translation issues and areas where additional data may be required.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Net Suite-related issues, working collaboratively with the IT and business teams.
  • Work with Suite Flow, SuiteScript, and Suite Builder to add additional functionality that is identified during implementation.
  • Test new features and enhancements prior to UAT
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of configurations.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective and efficient use of Net Suite functionalities.
  • Teaching Systems Development team members best practices when working with Suite Flows and SuiteScripts.
  • Up to 15% travel may be required to our other locations
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working as a Net Suite Administrator in a manufacturing industry (apparel preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience with Net Suite customizations and data migration
  • Net Suite Administrator Certification required
