The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Net Suite Administrator with strong functional ERP expertise and a customer-focused approach. You are comfortable working with users at all levels of the organization to understand both current and future-state business processes and translate those needs into effective, scalable Net Suite solutions within established system.
You thrive in a project-based environment, enjoy balancing day-to-day system support with configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, and take pride in maintaining a stable, secure, and well-documented ERP environment. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and knowledge-sharing with technical team members, supporting end users through change, and applying Net Suite best practices to drive long-term system success—particularly within a manufacturing environment.
More about the role:
The Net Suite Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, optimization, and governance of Superior Glove’s Net Suite ERP platform. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role partners with business stakeholders, process owners, and the internal systems development team to ensure Net Suite effectively supports operational, financial, and supply chain processes in alignment with established architecture, standards, and priorities.
This role balances business support, system configuration, testing and training, and mentoring activities to ensure Net Suite enhancements are well-designed, thoroughly tested, and aligned with organizational best practices. The position plays a critical role in supporting ERP scalability, user adoption, system stability, and continuous improvement across the organization while escalating complex design decisions and system changes as appropriate.
