You will support application expertise in the Marking & Installation portfolio while delivering technical guidance throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and testing, as well as providing comprehensive training to partners and internal teams. Close collaboration with various departments will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support MI portfolio products through technical inquiries
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics extensively
• Document customer interactions with precision
• Train customers and distributors on product use
• Collaborate with teams to enhance product solutions
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 1-2 years of technical support and troubleshooting experience
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift equipment and travel to sites
