Become a Courseware Development Specialist with L3
Harris, focusing on crafting training for advanced ISR technologies. Play a critical role in customer training initiatives.
In this role, your primary duty will be to develop and maintain technical training materials that support military and defense operations. Engage with subject matter experts and internal teams to align content and objectives, ensuring the materials accurately reflect current product capabilities and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training courseware collaboratively with product experts
• Update and maintain eLearning systems as needed
• Create training material templates for rapid production
• Edit instructional videos for clarity and effectiveness
• Recommend technological enhancements for training delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with graphic design systems like Photoshop and In Design
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Understanding of web development and eLearning platforms
• Must be eligible for controlled goods registration
