In this full-time role, under the guidance of the Manager of Data Architecture & Application Services, you will manage geospatial data and develop mapping products. Your work will aid in delivering high-quality municipal services and ensuring that mapping standards are met across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update digital mapping and geospatial data
• Collaborate with departments to define mapping requirements
• Create official mapping products for municipal use
• Execute quality control checks on GIS datasets
• Provide training on GIS tools and document processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in GIS, Planning, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in GIS
• Proficiency with ArcGIS applications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a team-driven setting
