Learning Systems Specialist at Fix Network

Boost learning experiences with Fix Network as a Learning Systems and Analytics Specialist. Based in Milton or Calgary, you will optimize learning platforms using Zensai’s Learn
365 LMS and Microsoft 365 tools.

In this specialized role, you will administer, configure, and enhance the organization’s learning systems to support corporate employees and franchisees. Your focus will include troubleshooting access issues, managing content, and ensuring compliance with training programs. Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain an engaging and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure LMS for smooth operations

• Manage user access and permissions for learning platforms

• Troubleshoot LMS and content-related issues for users

• Organize and maintain learning content in Share Point

• Build and analyze learning dashboards for key insights

Requirements:

• Experience with LMS administration, preferably Zensai’s Learn
365

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including advanced Excel

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting

• Ability to conduct learning evaluations and improvements

• Bilingual in French Canadian and English is required
