Real Time Networks is hiring for a Field Service Delivery Technician to support vital biometric technology and networked hardware solutions. You will be diagnosing and resolving issues, while also delivering essential customer training and participating in after-hours support. Strong collaboration with internal departments will ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose hardware and software issues for evolving technologies
• Deliver comprehensive customer training and onboarding
• Participate in a 24/7 support rotation as needed
• Perform onsite visits across various locations in North America
• Manage service tickets and maintain hardware inventory
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in a customer technical support role
• Degree or diploma in IT or Electronics
• Proven skills in troubleshooting hardware and software
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience using Team Support, Hub Spot, and Slack
