This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

• Maintain and enhance shared technology solutions and infrastructure. This role will partner with a cross-functional team to develop, test, launch, and refine solutions to optimize the organizations' service experience. Responsible to develop and, implement infrastructure technologies that support business priorities and capabilities for internal and external clients.
• Provide technical and practice leadership, and to continuously evolve the capabilities and technologies that enable continuous delivery of Wealth systems.
• Build and support applications and integrations using Cloud technology.
• You will work closely with product owners/ Product managers to develop alternative solutions to meet business needs.
• Analyze production system problems and recommend solutions.
• Investigate and solve production problems with minimal to no guidance.
• Working closely with business teams to identify key domains/ capabilities to be offered as APIs.
• Provide leadership in setting up end to end processes, guidelines, standards, protocols, governance and implementation in vendor platforms.
• Evangelize the Enterprise API Strategy and facilitate presentations to a wide audience of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively sharing knowledge/expertise with colleagues to improve their resourcefulness and performance.
• Train and coach others to develop their degree of expertise.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in IT, with multi-domain expertise.
• Prominent level of proficiency in .NET/C#, and at least 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Cloud Native Architecture and Infrastructure Pattern.
• Experience in Azure Cloud environment and Azure Dev Ops, especially developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Azure App Services, Azure Function, Service Bus, Azure Storage and Application Insights using Infrastructure-as-Code(Bicep).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience using testing frameworks for both client and server code (i.e. NUnit, MSTest, etc.).
