About the Role

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Supply Chain & Forecasting Analyst supports demand forecasting, inventory allocation, backorder management, and global supply visibility across Superior Glove's manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and supplier network.

This role maintains SKU-level forecasts within Stock IQ and Net Suite, manages forecasting exceptions, monitors inventory availability and customer backorders, and provides visibility into supply risks, inbound inventory, transfer orders, production commitments, and supplier performance. Through reporting and analysis, the analyst supports forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory management, and supply chain decision‑making.

Location

This position will be based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and supports the Planning & Forecasting team located in Acton, Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain SKU-level forecasts within Net Suite and forecasting systems.
  • Execute weekly and monthly forecasting activities and analyze forecast exceptions.
  • Adjust forecasts based on sales input, customer demand, promotions, and seasonality.
  • Monitor inventory levels, availability, and backorders across multiple locations.
  • Analyze inventory allocation and recommend actions to address shortages.
  • Support Customer Service and Planning teams in resolving fulfillment issues.
  • Monitor supply commitments from suppliers and manufacturing facilities.
  • Track purchase orders, transfer orders, production schedules, and inbound shipments.
  • Identify supply risks and communicate mitigation recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Net Suite, and related tools.
  • Ensure planning master data, forecasts, lead times, and inventory data remain accurate.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional planning projects.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain analysis, or similar roles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Net Suite, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, inventory planning, or supply chain environments preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Stock IQ, dashboard development, or reporting tools preferred.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) and experience managing large SKU portfolios considered an asset.
