Demand Planning Manager S&OP

Lead demand forecasting and S&OP in Milton, Ontario, using Logility and analytical skills across four in-person days and one remote day weekly.

As Parker’s Demand Planner, you will own the Sales and Operations Planning process and maintain accurate, consensus-driven demand plans. The position supports customer service, inventory optimization, production, and financial objectives. You will collaborate with Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders while reporting to the Demand Planning Manager.

• Own S&OP meeting preparation, presentations, decisions, and actions
• Create and maintain rolling sales forecasts in Logility
• Lead CPFR meetings with external customers
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, inventory health, and delivery KPIs
• Translate sales plans into validated demand plans

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, manufacturing, or related discipline
• Five years of progressive supply chain experience
• Demand planning and forecasting experience required
• Experience leading CPFR and S&OP process improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
