In this casual role, you will report to the Supervisor of Housekeeping & Laundry, ensuring thorough cleaning and hygiene standards at the Allendale Long Term Care Facility. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in resident living areas while collaborating with a dedicated team focused on quality care and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disinfect and clean surfaces and washroom facilities

• Stock cleaning supplies efficiently

• Participate in team meetings and training as required

• Provide timely responses to housekeeping emergencies

• Assist residents during mealtimes

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School Graduation Diploma

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Physical ability to meet job demands, including lifting

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check necessary upon hiring
