Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in custom electrical solutions, is seeking a Cust. SWBD Electrical Assembler to join their team. As a Cust. SWBD Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting electrical wiring and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cust. SWBD Electrical Assembler

Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour based on experience
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
- Wiring control panels for engineered-to-order switchboards based on detailed schematics and diagrams.
- Interpreting one-line diagrams and customer drawing packages to determine wiring layouts.
- Connecting and terminating wires for electrical devices such as breakers, meters, relays, sensors, PLCs, switches, and CTs.
- Performing functional tests including continuity checks and wire pull tests to ensure quality standards.
- Adhering to CSA and UL electrical codes and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-time wiring role, specifically wiring medium to high complexity panels from scratch.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and customer drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring methods, industry standards, and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship; residence within 80 KM of Milton, ON required.
