821 Appleby Line, Burlington OntarioHourly Rate: $43.00/hourEnd times vary based on production, flexibility will be necessaryWe are a Pork processing facilityJob Tasks:
Must comply with all safety regulations, to provide a safe working environment for themselves and the workers in the plantMaintain all mechanical equipment in the plantPerforms PMs, PDMs, CM and regular work orders on equipmentMust be able to multitask and prioritize their work loadCan repair and work on; conveyors, industrial equipment, pumps, grinders, welding equipment, lathes, power tools, fans, blowers, hydraulic systems, packaging equipment and pneumatic equipmentMust be proficient at repairs and troubleshootingMust be able to work in a team type environmentFull knowledge of hand and power toolsInstallation of equipmentFollows GMP rules and GMP for Maintenance rulesCarry out oral or printed work requests and apply corrective actionsAccount for inventory and labour on a computerized maintenance programWhy You Should Work Here:

Must have a 442A or 309A Electrical licenseIndustrial knowledge and PLC background is an assetFast-paced manufacturing environment, repetitive tasks, and ability to stand for extended hoursAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassistedMust be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or coldMust be a minimum of 18 years old and legally entitled to work in CanadaMust be able to communicate and understand EnglishMust have their own toolsMust have experience as an ElectricianPlease note all offers of employment are conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-hire background check.
