Compensation: $79,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year + discretionary annual target bonus at 5% up to a maximum of 7.5% of your base pay

The Foreman supports the safe and steady operation of the aggregate site. You will guide hourly employees, coordinate production and maintenance work, and help keep the plant operating with purpose every day. This role supports customer needs, strengthens our safety culture, and contributes to responsible site development and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Lead daily production and maintenance activities to meet safety, quality, and operational targets
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and all company policies and training requirements
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, inventory, and production schedules to support customer demand
- Plan and support preventative and reactive maintenance, including shutdown preparation
- Maintain production schedules, budgets, forecasts, and share updates with management and hourly teams
- Represent the site during regulatory visits and support site rehabilitation and special projects
- Technical knowledge of aggregate, concrete, or construction operations
- One to three years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
- Ability to rotate with the crew and work both day and afternoon shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- College diploma in a related field (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
