Labelling General Labourer

Job Description

Our client, a long‑time local manufacturer, is seeking General Labourers to join the Labeling Department.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
, temporary to permanent.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM; starting June
15:
Monday to Thursday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM.

• Safely label cans in accordance with the manufacturing order.
• Interpret and complete paperwork related to the order.
• Communicate with team members to ensure requirements and quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Verify label accuracy with attention to detail.
• Assist with general duties as needed.

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a strong asset.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable completing a lot of paperwork.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours per week).
• Demonstrable work ethic, reliability, attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
