Position: Continental Shift Machine Operator Needed
Become part of the ROCKWOOL team as a Machine Operator in Milton, ON, working on a continental shift schedule that alternates between day and night. This role emphasizes precision in machine operation and safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for continuously maintaining work area cleanliness, operating machines on the packaging lines, and promptly addressing any operational issues. The candidate must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage a variety of tasks dictated by a 12-hour shift system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the tool storage areas organized

• Conduct regular maintenance on equipment

• Hand stack and manage waste processing

• Change filters and perform equipment checks

• Operate forklifts as qualified

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Forklift certification essential

• Previous experience with machine operations

• Strong understanding of safety protocols

• Ability to lift weights as required
