Lean Process Improvement Leader

Elevate operational strategies at Lineage's Milton facility as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Focus on LEAN initiatives and drive a culture of excellence.
This onsite management role is integral to our facility's operations, leading continuous improvement efforts across various levels. You'll utilize Lean techniques such as Value Stream mapping and Kaizen to enhance processes and support business objectives. Your ability to mentor and guide teams will be vital in sustaining operational success and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Continuous Improvement frameworks and strategies

• Facilitate Lean activities and development sessions

• Create a positive work environment for all employees

• Drive safety and quality improvement initiatives

• Monitor Lean performance and provide regular feedback
Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field such as Lean Manufacturing

• 3–5 years of experience in Lean implementation

• Must be willing to travel 25% of the time

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
