Continuous Improvement Leadership

Position: Continuous Improvement Leadership Role
Become a Continuous Improvement Manager at Lineage in Milton, Canada, and focus on driving LEAN initiatives. This role is vital for fostering a sustainable culture of improvement and operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with site leadership and implement effective LEAN strategies. Through mentoring and facilitating Lean events, you will enhance team capabilities and meet business goals. Strong influence across all organizational levels will be necessary for continuous process improvements in the warehousing and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives

• Facilitate Kaizen and Lean training sessions

• Review Lean performance with leadership teams

• Develop and execute the Continuous Improvement Roadmap

• Administer quality systems and safety programs
Requirements:

• Degree in Lean Manufacturing or related field required

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Lean settings

• Travel of at least 25% required

• Bilingual English and French preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
