Position: Full Time Vertical Boring Mill Machinist

You will play a crucial role in setting up machines, documenting setups, adjusting programs, and ensuring high product quality. Safety and cleanliness will also be high on your priority list as you maintain a well-functioning workspace.

Key Responsibilities   Create and manage set up sheets for recent manufacturing requirements
Set machines up correctly and monitor their performance
Run appropriate programs and modify as necessary for quality
Efficiently load and unload machining products
Measure and check parts for precision adherence
Requirements   A high school diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory
3+ years in heavy metal machining environments required
Certification as a machine operator or equivalent experience
Direct experience with vertical lathes and boring mills
Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
