Labelling General Labourer

Our client, a long‑time local manufacturer, is looking for General Labourers to join their Labeling Department. The role involves labeling cans as outlined on the manufacturing order, with responsibilities including paperwork, teamwork, cleaning equipment, ensuring label accuracy and general assistance with other tasks. The position is available immediately.

$19.00 per hour, temporary to permanent.

Day shift.

• Currently:
  Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Starting June 15th:
  Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm

• Safely label cans as outlined on the manufacturing order.
• Interpret and create paperwork related to the order.
• Communicate with team members about requirements and quality to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Check labels for accuracy with attention to detail.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a strong asset.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable completing a lot of paperwork.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work full‑time, 40 hours per week.
• Demonstrable work ethic and reliability.
• Attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
