In this role, you will work on the day shift specifically for the ATS/Bypass team at Eaton's largest Canadian manufacturing site. Interpreting drawings and assembly documentation is critical, as well as ensuring compliance with CSA and UL standards. Your precision and attention to detail will help maintain quality throughout the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble components, ensuring proper torque specifications
• Read and interpret drawings for accuracy of assembly
• Conduct visual inspections for conformance to specifications
• Repair and modify components based on test results
• Maintain KANBAN integrity and assembly consistency
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred
• Solid problem-solving and mathematical abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
