Working as a Forklift Operator in the manufacturing & logistics industry requires precision and a strong commitment to workplace safety. In this role, you will utilize your experience with Walkie and Dock Stocker equipment to manage inventory flow within a modern facility. As a Forklift Operator, you are the backbone of the supply chain, ensuring that the manufacturing & logistics operations run smoothly every day.

While this position is located in Halton Hills, Ontario, we welcome candidates who possess strong communication skills. Shifts Timing
Mon through Thu – 05:00am to 15:00pm – WKDY Am
Mon through Thu – 15:30pm to 01:30am – WKDY Pm
Fri through Sun – 05:00am to 17:00pm – WKND Am
Fri through Sun – 17:00 to 05:00am – WKND Pm

Responsibilities

• Operate Walkie and Dock Stocker forklifts safely within a manufacturing & logistics environment.

• Load and unload trailers efficiently while ensuring product integrity.

• Move palletized goods to designated storage areas or production lines.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.

• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records.

• Assist with manual picking and packing tasks when required by the manufacturing & logistics team.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a zero-incident workspace.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to optimize manufacturing & logistics flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating a Walkie and Dock Stocker.

• Working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment experience.

• Valid external forklift license (Walkie and Dock Stocker both required).

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.
