Filling Line Operator

Join Axalta as a Filling Line Operator in Milton, ON, where you’ll play a key role in hands-on manufacturing. Operate semi-automated filling machinery in an engaging, structured environment while adhering to safety standards.

In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for filling and packaging various products like paints and solvents. Candidates should have a willingness to learn, as full training will be provided. This role calls for team collaboration, effective communication, and an adherence to quality and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate semi-automated filling machines for product packaging

• Set up and teardown filling lines efficiently

• Clean production equipment using approved solvents

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs safely

Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write English fluently

• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Team-oriented with independent work capability

• Pass a background check and pre-employment physical

• Preferred: manufacturing or filling line experience
