Position: Mechanical Assembler Role
Eaton’s Milton site is hiring a Mechanical Assembler to contribute to custom electrical-build projects. This role demands hands-on assembly expertise and mechanical problem-solving abilities.

As you collaborate with the Production Manager, your tasks will include building and modifying switchboard structures from steel and copper components. Applicants should have strong communication skills in English and a solid mechanical aptitude, with requirements for heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble switchboard structures based on engineering schematics

• Securely mount and brace components within assemblies

• Construct skids using appropriate power tools

• Apply correct torque and fastening methods consistently

• Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent background

• Minimum 12 months of mechanical assembly experience

• Proficient in using torque tools

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Must live within 80 KM of Milton, ON
