Key Responsibilities:
• Verify specifications at run start and check periodically
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
• Complete packaging lines and train new specialists
• Operate packaging machinery and troubleshoot issues
• Promptly resolve safety hazards and issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years in Food Manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of BRC or GFSI
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP procedures
• Effective communication and training skills
