Dare Foods is hiring a B Shift Production Packer in Milton. This role focuses on safe and efficient packaging during evening shifts from 2PM to 10PM.
As a Packer at Dare Foods, you will take on various responsibilities in ensuring high-quality output within the packaging department. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to solve issues swiftly. Candidates will be trained on day shifts initially, gaining vital skills in packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all safety measures are strictly followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues effectively
• Carry out physical duties related to the position
• Work potential overtime depending on production needs
• Comply with GMP, SQF, and HACCP quality standards
Requirements:
• Experience with packaging machinery preferred
• Must possess strong mechanical aptitude
• Respectful and positive with a teamwork approach
• Open to day shift training as required
• Proficiency in math and computer skills advantageous
