Registered Nurse ICU Part-Time

At Halton Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit, providing top-tier medical support for patients. Candidates should bring a positive attitude and experience in critical care, along with skills in decision-making and teamwork. Your essential nursing duties will include supporting medical interventions and taking on charge nurse responsibilities when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver focused care to critical medical and surgical patients

• Perform advanced nursing skills and delegated medical acts

• May oversee nursing staff during shifts

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions

• Facilitate teamwork among healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Critical Care Certificate or in progress

• Minimum of 1 year critical care experience

• Strong leadership and assessment abilities
