Position: Part-Time Nurse Role Clinic
Join Acclaim Health as a Registered Practical Nurse in Milton, Ontario, offering part-time on-site care. Be a key player in delivering compassionate client-centered nursing alongside dedicated health professionals.

Selected candidates will help manage health care for clients in the Halton region, particularly in the Milton Clinic. Position requires two shifts weekly and participation in a weekend rotation. This role provides the opportunity to enhance your nursing skills in a supportive community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to individuals and families

• Set priorities based on client health needs

• Implement and modify care plans as necessary

• Administer medications and wound care

• Synchronize client records with network systems

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of community clinical practice

• Must be registered with the CNO

• Current CPR certificate required

• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access needed
