AECOM’s Ontario Environment team is seeking an Environmental Compliance Inspector with over three years of experience. You’ll manage inspection areas, interpret environmental requirements, and ensure compliance at construction locations. Effective communication and documentation skills are crucial to navigate environmental risks in an active construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections at active construction sites independently

• Apply environmental management plans and compliance measures

• Evaluate mitigation effectiveness and document findings

• Identify environmental risks and coordinate field responses

• Support environmental reporting and track corrective actions

Requirements:

• Degree in environmental science or related field

• 3+ years relevant inspection or monitoring experience

• Strong knowledge of erosion and sediment control

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license

• Willingness to travel in Northern Ontario
