Location: Acton
Become a Research and Development Associate at Superior Glove in Acton, Ontario, and help redefine PPE production through innovation. Bring your analytical mindset to projects that impact workplace safety.
This position focuses on support for R&D processes, from testing raw materials to certifying new products. You will collaborate with different teams throughout development cycles to analyze results and document findings.
Your role is vital in enhancing the effectiveness of hand protection solutions via continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute R&D projects related to innovative PPE technologies
• Conduct comprehensive laboratory trials and product validation
• Analyze and test incoming materials for quality control
• Collaborate with suppliers on material testing and sourcing
• Maintain compliance documentation and technical records
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
• At least three years in an R&D or laboratory role
• Familiarity with laboratory practices and equipment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willing to travel as needed for R&D projects
