The Sales Management Training Program at Sherwin-Williams is a fast-track path to a Store Management role, with completion expected in 18-24 months. You will partner with store leaders to optimize a million-dollar business, honing your leadership and sales skills along the way. This role prepares you for impactful interactions with major commercial clients to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow the structured training program
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profits
• Ensure high-quality customer service
• Build product expertise for customer recommendations
• Maintain compliance with policies and visual merchandising
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work legally
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• College Degree or Diploma required at program start
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 70 lbs on occasion
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred
