Counter​/Inside Sales Representative

Counter/ Inside Sales Representative  Milton, ON
Responsible for completing the order process, including offering pricing terms according to established margins, sourcing additional products, preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs, providing product knowledge to customers, and expediting orders efficiently.
Responsibilities   Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
Putting away counter stock
Maintaining the showroom and counter shelves
Picking, receiving, and shipping duties when required
Qualifications   Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written, and ability to impart knowledge
Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential
Good organizational skills
Computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with AS400
Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry
Salary :
Anticipated annual base salary range CAD 50,000–65,000, not including variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
