As a Sales Associate, you will support the Store Leadership Team while providing top-notch service to customers. Your responsibilities include demonstrating strong selling techniques, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring a tidy store environment. You will engage with customers to communicate product value and assist them with their needs throughout their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with immediate needs and inquiries
• Greet and acknowledge all customers warmly
• Share current promotions and solutions for out-of-stock items
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise organization
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures to secure company assets
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
