Step into a leadership role with Cherry Hill Programs for the holiday season. As a Shift Lead, you will manage operations and create memorable holiday photo experiences for families.
In this position, you'll play a key role in guiding team members while enhancing the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with Santa photo sessions and ensuring smooth photo operations. This role demands leadership, energy, and excellent communication skills to foster a joyful atmosphere for holiday shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily openings and closings of your venue
• Support team training and recruitment efforts
• Troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Photograph guests during memorable sessions
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Experience in retail or service preferred
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
