Professional Security Officer

Position: Professional Security Officer Role
Become a key player in safety as a Security Officer. This role with Great Canadian Gaming involves protecting team members and upholding a secure environment for guests.

Under the guidance of the Manager, Security, you will take charge of maintaining safety standards and responding to any violations or potential hazards. Your duties will include regular patrolling, supporting compliance with statutory regulations, and fostering relationships with guests, ensuring that safety protocols are respected and effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and report unsafe conditions and incidents

• Enforce access controls to restricted areas

• Conduct regular patrols within the facility

• Escort cash and assist in secure transactions

• Build effective relationships with guests and team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is a must

• At least 1 year of relevant security experience

• Valid Smart Serve Certification required

• First Aid CPR/AED Level C Certification necessary

• Must be able to secure a Gaming License
