Security Officer: Protect and Serve

Step into the role of Security Officer at Great Canadian and play a vital part in ensuring guest and team safety. You will cultivate a secure and welcoming environment every day.

Supervised by the Manager, Security, this position actively monitors for risks and potential hazards across the facility’s operations. Leading by example, you will enforce company policies while supporting an enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and staff. Engage and communicate effectively with various departments to maintain safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patrols of facility premises

• Enforce restricted access and monitor guest activities

• Document incidents and prepare thorough reports

• Escort cash and handle guest escorts safely

• Ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma essential

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Valid Smart Serve Certification required

• CPR/AED Level C Certification needed

• Must qualify for a Gaming License
