Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in home and community environments
• Use communication methods to share essential information
• Facilitate personal care and assist with household tasks
• Help develop and implement individual goals
• Ensure documentation and record-keeping are thorough
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant college diploma or certificate
• Previous experience with developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in American Sign Language or Signed Exact English
• Valid driver's license Class G with a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift repeated weights of 35-50 lbs
