Join Keolis in Milton, ON as an experienced 310T Mechanic and play a vital role in maintaining our transit fleet! This full-time, permanent position offers competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and an annual tool and boot allowance.
Knowledge and Experience- 310T Truck and Coach Technician certificate
- Experience in conventional or custom transit vehicle maintenance is ideal
- Preference given to candidates with a valid inspector's license
- Preference given to candidates with a commercial driver's license
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Perform standard maintenance repairs
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on transit vehicles
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Adhere to Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations governing the location
- Provide updates on maintenance progress and potential issues
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of work
- Procure necessary parts for repairs and maintenance
- Manage and organize parts inventory
- Track parts usage and reorder as needed
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday - 2 pm to 10:30 pm
Wage- $41 per hour
- Vacation: 3 weeks
- Benefits: 85/15 Split
- Tool allowance
