CANADA INC. O/A DARTBOARD FREIGHT is looking for a committed Delivery Driver Supervisor. Manage driver schedules and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining team morale and vehicle upkeep.
In this permanent position, you will engage in supervising a team of delivery drivers, thereby coordinating schedules and optimizing routes. You'll also focus on vehicle maintenance while empowering drivers through guidance and support within a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily delivery operations and team
• Schedule deliveries to ensure punctual services
• Organize routes for efficiency and speed
• Maintain vehicle care and training for drivers
• Prepare budgets and track expenditures for operations
Requirements:
• Completed secondary school diploma
• 1–2 years in supervisory experience
