Lead a dedicated team as a Truck Drivers Supervisor at our Halton Hills location in Milton, Ontario. This full‑time role emphasizes supervision, training, and enhancing productivity.
We are looking for a Truck Drivers Supervisor to manage a team of 5-10 drivers. Ideal candidates will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, resolving work issues, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily driver activities
- Prepare production and operational reports
- Recommend improvements for work methods and productivity
- Train personnel and coordinate training sessions
- Enforce health and safety regulations for drivers
- 1-2 years of experience in trucking supervision
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Strong organizational and flexibility skills
- Authorized to work in Canada
