Your role will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of new and used vehicles while providing excellent customer service.
This position involves managing all aspects of vehicle deliveries, including order accuracy and scheduling, as well as acting as a communication bridge among all parties involved. You will present vehicle features and maintain clear communications with customers to address their needs effectively. Your organization and customer-centric approach will create outstanding delivery experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicle order review and delivery scheduling
• Coordinate logistics with sales and F&I departments
• Provide timely updates and respond to customer inquiries
• Present vehicle technology and features during delivery
• Assist with administrative tasks and vehicle licensing
Requirements:
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in computer usage
• Effective problem-solving abilities in real-time
• OMVIC sales license required before hiring
