This role requires using RF scan guns, computer entry, and basic material-handling equipment while ensuring all products are processed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and requires experience using reach trucks with a valid license. You should be dependable, organized, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Pay Rate: $ 22.00/hour
- Location: Milton, ON
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 5:00pm

- Label and repackage products according to company standards.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Use an RF scan gun to pick items and enter numerical data into warehouse systems.
- Count items and participate in inventory activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Move, lift, and organize boxes and materials as needed.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Wrap skids and prepare pallets for transport.
- Operate a pallet jack to move pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Match shipping and receiving information to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.
- Comply with all warehouse procedures, safety rules, and company regulations.
- Take direction well and follow written instructions in English or Spanish.
- Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks and additional duties as assigned.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics .
- Previous warehouse experience (asset but not required).
- 1+ years of previous experience with reach trucks and valid current certification
- Dependable, organized, hardworking, and punctual.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Good manual and physical dexterity.
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Able to walk, stoop, bend, and reach frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (most products under 20 lbs).
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
