Forklift Operator Counterbalance
We are actively hiring experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our fast‑growing logistics and transportation team at a modern, high‑volume distribution facility in Milton, Ontario. This is a great opportunity for licensed forklift operators who want steady hours, a safety‑focused environment, and room to grow.

Louis St. Laurent Ave, Milton
Pay Rate: $21-$22.50 per hour
Start Date:
End of June/Beginning of July
Shift Timings: 4 days shifts
- Sun to Wed 5:00am – 3:30pm EST
- Sun to Wed 4:00pm – 2:30am EST
- Wed to Sat 5:00am – 3:30pm EST
- Wed to Sat 4:00pm – 2:30am EST
- Operate the CB forklift to perform order picking, put‑away, and inventory movement
- Work safely at heights in a high‑volume warehouse environment
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while supporting daily logistics operations
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse compliance standards
- Contribute to workflow efficiency and team‑based warehouse operations
- Proven hands‑on experience operating a Counterbalance in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Valid and current forklift license/certification
- Ability to perform duties in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and high performance
- Work at a modern, high‑volume logistics facility located in Milton
- Competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour with steady weekly hours
