Forklift Operator Counterbalance

We are actively hiring experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our fast‑growing logistics and transportation team at a modern, high‑volume distribution facility in Milton, Ontario. This is a great opportunity for licensed forklift operators who want steady hours, a safety‑focused environment, and room to grow.

Location:

Louis St. Laurent Ave, Milton

Pay Rate: $21-$22.50 per hour

Start Date:

End of June/Beginning of July

Shift Timings: 4 days shifts

• Sun to Wed 5:00am – 3:30pm EST
• Sun to Wed 4:00pm – 2:30am EST
• Wed to Sat 5:00am – 3:30pm EST
• Wed to Sat 4:00pm – 2:30am EST

• Operate the CB forklift to perform order picking, put‑away, and inventory movement
• Work safely at heights in a high‑volume warehouse environment
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while supporting daily logistics operations
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse compliance standards
• Contribute to workflow efficiency and team‑based warehouse operations

• Proven hands‑on experience operating a Counterbalance in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Valid and current forklift license/certification
• Ability to perform duties in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and high performance

• Work at a modern, high‑volume logistics facility located in Milton
• Competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour with steady weekly hours
