• Own execution of e‑commerce order fulfillment on time
• Manage daily logistics, inventory control, and shipping
• Optimize warehouse layouts and reduce mispicks
• Oversee training and development of fulfillment staff
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

• Extensive experience in fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL
• Solid e‑commerce and drop‑ship management skills
• Familiarity with order flow systems and WMS
• Robust leadership and time management abilities
• Effective problem‑solving skills under pressure
