Position: Seasonal Warehouse Worker )
Shift: Monday – Friday – First shift (day).
If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, functional French (written and spoken) is required.
Position Summary  The Seasonal Warehouse Worker is responsible for accurately receiving, moving, storing, and shipping products in accordance with company standards for safety, security, productivity, and quality. This role supports product safety, legality, and integrity while ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment.
Primary Responsibilities   Accurately select products based on customer order specifications.
Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other transport methods.
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
Use Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for picking, inventory, quality checks, and shipping.
Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort products to appropriate destinations.
Maintain facility equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
Keep accurate records and reports to support inventory integrity.
Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
Operate warehouse and computer equipment as assigned.
Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience  High school diploma or GED preferred. 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
Skills and Competencies   Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service oriented and solid team player.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements   Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Ability to read, write and interpret information.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift.
Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions.
Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Driving Requirements  Candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency must have a valid driver’s license (e.g., Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application. Candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of their current driver’s abstract, their performance during application interviews, and any driver competency assessments administered.
Pay Range  CAD $17.95 per hour – CAD $27.02 per hour.
