Key Responsibilities   Own execution of e‑commerce order fulfillment on time
Manage daily logistics, inventory control, and shipping
Optimize warehouse layouts and reduce mispicks
Oversee training and development of fulfillment staff
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements   Extensive experience in fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL
Solid e‑commerce and drop‑ship management skills
Familiarity with order flow systems and WMS
Robust leadership and time management abilities
Effective problem‑solving skills under pressure
Deliver high‑quality fulfillment solutions while leading a committed team at Riptide.
