Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting various warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Rate: $19.25 - $19.75 per hour

Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Mon - Fri
Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Mon - Fri

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and sorting
• Assist with box making, order picking, and packing duties
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely
• Support value-added services like kitting, labeling, and assembly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment

What's Needed?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work well in a busy, noisy environment
• High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
