Position: Warehouse Strategy Director Uline
Transform warehouse operations as a Senior Distribution Director with Uline in Milton. Lead a large team in optimizing efficiency within a dynamic distribution center.

At Uline’s Milton location, you will spearhead operations in a 1 million square-foot facility, ensuring the management of high volumes of shipping and packaging products. Your leadership of over 300 warehouse employees will focus on enhancing service levels and daily logistics. An emphasis on accuracy and safety will be crucial to maintaining a high-performing work environment and meeting customer needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma;
Bachelor's preferred

• 10+ years in management of substantial distribution centers

• Strong verbal and communication skills

• Experience with WMS is advantageous

• Proven ability in staff recruitment and motivation
